Employee behaviour: the pattern of actions by the members of an organization that directly, performance behaviour or indirectly influences the organization"s effectiveness. Total set of work-related behaviors that the organization expects employees to display: organizational citizenship line, counterproductive behaviours. Positive behavior that do not directly contribute to the bottom. Behaviours that detract from the organizational performance. Turnover: when people do not show up for work, annual percentage of an organizations workforce, reasons: nature of the job; nature of supervision; that leaves and must be replaced poor person job; external labour market; family influences. Introverts are much less sociable, talkative, assertive and more reluctant to begin new relationships: how open or rigid a person is in terms of his or her beliefs, openness. Attitudes: social skills, self awareness, self regulation, motivation, empathy, reflection of our beliefs and feelings about ideas situations and other, job satisfaction, organizational (job) commitment.
