Monarch say yes or no which is royal assent. Monarch still has this power, but now they cant say no. Then lieutenant governor is called, tells him we need royal assent on the bills to be passed. Lieutenant governor leaves the government house and arrives in a limo. Sargent at arms, head of legislature security stand there and announcing the presence of lieutenant governor. Everyone stands up, lieutenant governor shakes hand with premiere.
