Prove the offender intended to commit the offence or caused actions of an occurrence by using admissible evidence. Prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt or responsibility on the balance of probabilities. Formulate reasonable grounds to commence an investigation or conduct an arrest. Knowledge of investigative concepts and theories, within context of practical experience.
