Document Summary
Space: hg is interested in the spatial organization of human activity. Space and time as the fundamental coordinates of human life. We navigate and organize our lives according to where" and when" this class takes x minutes, and is located in y classroom. After this class (time) you will go somewhere else (space). We can think about space in a number of ways. One way is to think about space is in terms of the way in which it can be arranged as points, lines, areas, or surfaces on a map. Another more subjective" way is to think about the way in which we use and occupy space. Social production" of space: the collective meanings and human practices associated with space: there is an objective quality to space i. e. some things are closer together than other things. But space is not just a series of external objects.
