Feedback enables a manager to determine whether the employee correctly interpreted the message. Managers are sensegivers: managers are responsible for shaping how people think about their work and the organization. Communication channel is a medium by which a message is carried from one person to another: ex. Face-to-face, telephone, speech, email, letter, text message, etc
