Focus on pathology, weakness, sufering and not health, strength, well-being: new ield posiive psychology, bodily arousal (physiological element) Complex interconnect between physiological responses and emoional expression. Involves many areas of the brain and hormonal systems. With emoional arousal releases norepinephrine and epinephrine, and produces changes in arousal (alertness) in the autonomic system. Autonomic nervous system: emoions accompanied by visceral arousal.
