Fetal presentation: what part of the baby is presenting in the pelvis (e. g. cephalic, sacral, transverse) Types of breech frank complete footling double footling. Step 2: is the fetal presentation occiput/head (o), mentum/chin (m), scapula (sc) or sacral/breech (s) first. Step 3: is it the fetal spine anterior (a), posterior (p) or transverse. Goal of positioning: anterior, as direct spine to spine can be painful.
