Question of the day: what is not good advice for someone with lactose intolerance trying to get enough milk and alternatives in their diet. Made of several parts such as: cecum, ascending, transverse, descending, sigmoid, rectum, anus. Contains friendly bacteria (digest what you can"t, produce gas and vitamin. Chyme from the stomach into the esophagus. Lower esophageal sphincter might be damaged, or not working hard enough. Because the acid from your stomach burns your esophagus. Causes: genetics, physical damage, pregnancy, obesity, hiatal hernia. Hiatal hernia: diaphragm has gotten weak, and some of the stomach pushes up through the diagram. Dietary lifestyle contributors: high fat foods, smoking, alcohol, spicy foods, caffeine. What to do: avoid high fat, spicy meals, avoid caffeine/alcohol, eat small meals, drink between meals-not with meals, don"t lie down for an hour after eating. Intolerance: inability to properly digest food i. e. lactose intolerance. People with intolerance lose their lactase (enzyme in brush border-in the villa).
