Informational (ex. a parent learning about healthy eating then cooking healthy foods for the children changing their behaviour), instrumental (ex. parents provide transportation to sports events for the children) and affective support (ex. provide emotional support) Active workstations (standing desk, bike desk, treadmill desk) Point-of-decision prompts (ex. messages to encourage use of stairs) Social networks and norms that exist as formal or informal among individuals, groups and organizations. Local, provincial and federal government policies and laws.
