All of our behaviours and thoughts are first neurones. Different vantage points for analyzing behaviour and its causes. Taking a different perspective helps you be critical. Some of the major perspective in psychology: Examples: putting on sunscreen, treatment for depression effect on your depression. Biological: sunscreen is necessary to not burn. Behavioural: if someone has had a bad burn, they"re more likely to put on sunscreen. Sociocultural: people used to put oil on, now we think of skin cancer. Cognitive: if you go to the park and they"re selling sunscreen you"re more inclined to buy sunscreen. Behavioural: think about the things that trigger depression. Cognitive: change the things that cause your depression.
