When i study for an exam or learning a new module in the course i follow a series of steps to help me be successful. For example, i took a social statistics course which included solving different equations which were interconnected. I then start the audio lectures and make notes of the step-by-step instructions on how to solve that equation. I pause the lectures and rewind any part of the lecture i did not understand and replay it over and over until i fully grasp it. 3: after the lectures, i skim and scan through my textbook to further explain the. During this step i may find another way easier for me to understand. I then review all my work and notes taken by reciting the material repeatedly.
