The gut, for gut, mid gut and hind gut form. Mesoderm also starts to wrap and wrap down. Amniotic cavity starts to wrap around like a anterior to posterior curl. Can see formation of neural tube, vasculature, mesodermal tissue. Primative streak coincides with where neural tube forms. Later stage at top, earlier stage at bottom. Cells on dorsal most side elongate to form the neural plate oh just like in ani form. Represent cells that create a wedge like shape. Pinched on apical side, side facing the amniotic cavity. Top ectodermal tissue will disassociate and form back tissue. Know the basics that come from the ectoderm. Brain cells exposed to amniotic fluid and washed away, fatal. Neural tube forms in between point of closure.
