Inluenza: can be fatal in certain cases. Usually most dangerous for very young and very old people. Immune system tries to get rid of virus by sore throat, runny nose, etc. Common cold has no cure lasts a week. School season has the most colds: washing hands & hand saniizer will help prevent them, but don"t overdo it, you can only get a speciic virus once. Older people are more immune to colds: young children more prone to colds due to being so social. Read the back of the box, not the front. Cold remedy ingredients (5: pain reliever or fever reducer. Buckey"s for example has this, but won"t help your cough/nose. Some products contain ibuprofen (acetaminophen is in so much stuf people are overdosing so they switch some things to ibuprofen) Menthol for sore throats (produces cooling sensaion in mouth) Cough drops are beter because they actually sit in your mouth.
