Storming stage - people know they have to work for the problem, timelines, etc. differences in skills, prioritiesthese conflicts will arise. people may argue etc. Norming stage - this is the task they have and they have to resolve the issuecreating norms to have people understand what they have to do. Multiple sequence models - how communication roles and what people actually have to do. different functional stages. Unitary sequence path - sometimes people follow traditional sequence. The flow of info is very unitaryonce a stage is done you are not going back. you"re moving ahead.
