Information society: difference between information and knowledge. Knowledge is something that is applied, not known. Organizational excellence: we live in an environment where there is so much available, communication is a tool used to achieve organizational excellence. Knowledge: this is where you start at getting better, you learn more about the subject, or the person, you"re not an expert, you"re just trying to learn rules and the like, you must be proactive. Talk to people, go to seminars, all of this helps you. Sensitivity: after knowledge, a person"s ability to accurately determine how people feel. You must be more empathetic: trying to understand others, looking at yourself. Skills: any tips or techniques to be applied from your knowledge competency. Values: people have a responsibility to take control of their actions, your communication will be affected by the way you view the other person.
