When you consider a copy right in an artistic work There are two types of rights that rest or reside in copyright law. Anything that"s copyright has to be conceptualized in two ways. Need to understand both above to understand copyright and distinction between the two to understand how we"ve always approached the question of copyright. Copyright in a work does not always attach to the creator. Because the author of the work can assign their rights to the work in question. To gain insight into new media understand the significance in that distinction between economic and moral rights under copyrights.
