Human nature moderately peaceful and unreflective. What makes us human is in fact to have a nature but to be self created, different than we are. Lion is a lion, will always be the same, ours is not because we can. Humans are the only animals that actually have history, in the process of change, changes itself. Rather, we are capable of reflecting on themselves as selves. We can understand our history, because we have made it. Human history has generally been awful and bloody. Rather, we have been using our free agency for damage rather than perfectibility greater violence and misery than ever. The modern/human world has the capacity of greatest possibly freedom, turns into conflict, violence, domination.
