Level at which our theories of policy making and theories as state and government are in crisis, we don"t have solid ones doing a great job. All the theories we have ar e influenced by ideology, Different analytical concerne, key focus of the theories is very much altered by worldview, how you think the world should work. Not many pay good attention to human nature and the science on the matter, and what we really know. How policy should be doing, depending on what the focus is, how accurate any of them will appear is variable. We should be thinking when addressing questions, demonstrate that you know the theoretical model and what good arguments for it"s weaknesses, all have rather sig. weaknesses, and they stem from their relationship with ideology.
