The meaning of liberty: being free from despotic government, from arbitrary control, freedom from constraints, interference in the personal business, freedom from enforcement and/or captivity, freedom of choice. Development of peoples understanding of their freedom, understanding the human suffering must be ended. Practical measures must also be provided to improve peoples condition of life. > intellectual development of mankind, consciousness of being free. > social confirmation of the modern human beings. > moving from potentiality to actuality of freedom. Involves socio-political requirement, capability to be and do. Practical, exercise of freedom in the social life. In order to enjoy freedom, we must use our civil liberties that have been created through social institutions in order to protect this freedom. Government oversees freedom by granting liberty to people. Government does everything necessary to protect the freedom of people and their fundamental rights to enjoy this freedom.
