Boiling: at 100*c for at least 10 min to disinfect liquids. Gamma radiaion: strong penetraing power, destroys microorganisms via oxidaion and damage to dna. Uv rays: germicidal, cause damage to neucleic acids. Physical retenion of bacteria/fungi when luid passed through membrane.
