Signs of stroke or tia symptoms last less than 24 hours and resolve without irreversible deficits sudden onset of severe ha. Sudden onset weakness, paresthesia, eom problems (extra ocular movements), diplopia. Stroke is unliteral numbness, parethesia is motor complications.
