Scientists like to say tech is amoral but they themselves have morals. Claim that scientists don"t have morals since they"re science doesn"t. American senator (news report) and stem cell research. Limit some studies to animal studies afraid that research can harm humans so test on animals first, not out of morals. Not wanting to stop, but shouldn"t be forced to pay via federal dollars. Utilitarian ends justify the means, theory that you act for the greater good but doesn"t mean greater good for everyone, some give and take. Accusation that scientists don"t care much about consequences. Yes you have choices and can bomb bad people vs. innocent people, but can"t say whether it"s a good or bad choice. Not good to kill an evil man but needs to be done. Bombs always have bad uses but sometimes not as equally bomb. No such thing as morally neutral bomb.
