The person is not anywhere near dead but the brain creates the experience of dead. They are convinced they are dead if even they are not. You can have out of body experience right before sleep. o! Therefore, out of body experience is not death, its brain"s experience. Drugs like lsd also create this out of body experience. For some people an out of body experience. o! When animals are under attack they release a lot of endorphins and dopamine (feel good chemicals). o! It"s nature"s way of showing the animals the good life before death. o! Increased levels of serotonin when near death. o! Brain is dying and depriving of oxygen, it could be creating a tunnel of light.
