Interpersonal therapy: part of psychodynamic theory,is the dysfunction it is because their interpersonal relationships are dysfunctional, the goal is to hep present interpretation and help deal with interpersonal relationships: humanistic therapies: Assumptions: believe humans are innately good, develop grow and self-actualize accordingly. healthy functioning is when self actualization proceeds as it should, when it is blocked, dysfunction occurs. Environment in fundamental proper environment is when we are accepted unconditionally.
