Doesn"t go farther than limiting your selfishness. Does not provide societal standards or reason why not to do things. Provides the societal standards in which we should abide by. Social environment provides us opportunities for personal gratification. Ie: wanting food providing us with places to get food so we don"t steal from other people. Most important because then the genders divide. Feel like they"re in competition with their father. Tries to be friends with his father.
