Predictability: people expect to eat the same food when they go to a certain place in general. Control: workers have less autonomy over the labour process. Irrationality of rationality: rational for the short term, but irrational for the long term in terms of environment, health problems, social problems etc. Fast food is a (cid:395)ui(cid:272)k (cid:373)eal, (cid:271)ut it(cid:859)s (cid:374)ot si(cid:373)ple.
