Plant form and function: plants and animals have different characteristics that make them different from one another. Includes shoot apical meristem or sam and root apical meristem or ram: they are produce at a very early stage of the embryonic development of every plant, secondary meristem, are produced later in life. Those cells are the axial meristems: lateral root meristem lrm. Whenever plants want to produce more root beyond the primary root or whenever the root start to brunch, it happens through lrm: adventitious meristem adm. Whenever plants want to grow organs or tissues they use adm. They are located in different part of the plant: vascular cambium (cork cambium) vc. Differentiated cells: simple plant tissues, complex plant tissues.
