Document Summary

This is what takes place in the plasma membrane of cytoplasm. There is an important protein involve din bringing protein to complex and as the protein brought to complex it is moved through the complex to be secreted. We start secretion to this complex where the is a proteins signal peptide bringing it to complex, fed through this complex and is cleaved before the protein is secreted in plasm a membrane. The signal peptide is in the internal and is found in the complex the single peptide is cleaved and is secreted. There is cleave and a big component that controls the movement. In each case you are dependent on complex structure in plasma membrane. The main difference is secretion and the proteins folded in sec they are not folded. There is similarity of how it moves across plasm membrane and there is a cleavage and complex that controls the movement of protein in plasma membrane.
