Document Summary
After completing the leadership assessments in the book, i have been able to get a better understanding of my leadership strengths and weaknesses. With regards to leadership traits, i embody the traits of being trustworthy, friendly, outgoing, sensitive and empathic. I try my best to remain authentic and true to my values as i take on responsibilities and work in different environments. I get along with a variety of people and i enjoy working with different people because i believe each individual has a unique story to tell. That is why i like to understand others and identify with them. In the three-skill approach, effective leadership depends on three basic personal skills: technical, human, conceptual. My human skills are the strongest amongst the three and it highlights my ability to work well with people to accomplish goals. I am sensitive to the needs and motivations of others. After my human skills, i am equally proficient in technical and conceptual skills.
