When can government be dissolved? (when has authority crossed the line?) Treaty signed, one country comes under the other. When government acts against the trust of the people. When monarch or high authority sets outs rules/laws against the decision of the public. Government no longer acts for the good of the people (in their best interest) In the situation when are laws being made and enforced is corrupted, there are no longer impartial judges. No judgement about what wrong has been done to people, for that they go to the state and court. Lo(cid:272)ke sa(cid:455)s: (cid:455)ou k(cid:374)o(cid:449) (cid:455)ou"(cid:396)e i(cid:374) the state of (cid:449)a(cid:396) (cid:449)he(cid:374) there is no where to appeal on earth; no court to go to. This destroys the rule of law because there is no where to appeal to. In one sense, this is a religious idea; christian religious outlook. The appeal to heaven had a political meaning; it was a call to armed resistance.
