We might not sense the entire reality but we probably don"t need to worry too much because overtime we have evolved to only deal with these few senses. Some animals are able to sense stimuli that humans cannot: bees flower sense. 2) snake temperature: dog smell & sound, birds magnetic fields, dolphins echolocation. You can never step into the same river twice . It"s the idea that you cannot perceive the same event the same way another time.
