That source has come to be known as social forces. thus a significant foundation of human behaviour lies in society itself. Part i of introductory sociology tries to identify and then elaborate on these social forces. The introduction takes up the case of suicide. Seemingly the most individualistic of all acts, suicide is shaped by these societal factors.
