Piece of rock from space that has fallen to the ground. Once a part of a proto planet, these broke off in the solar systems early stages and now roam around. Comets come from the outside of the solar system for billions of years. Whenever they enter the solar system they evaporate. Near-earth asteroids will one hit us or collide into the sun.
