Criminal justice is limited to criminal law. Social justice might involve elements of society that are painful and illegal but not under criminal elements. It doesn"t fall under the rubric of criminal justice. When we talk about criminal justice, we have to talk about (cid:281)crime(cid:282). What is crime? (cid:279) usually described as (cid:281)harmful(cid:282).
