We are lead to believe that having law is a sense of security and belief, we have law because in a sense we are messed up allows us to look at conflict through a different lens. Living in a constitutional system is believed to erase conflict but really we need to think about how we deal with the conflict, how are we treating each other when these points of culture arise. Culture is not just one thing, not tightly bound, the notion that one culture, one society sets the objective. That for me isn"t a place where everyone gets to be in their own way, both comes from ongoing conflicts that need to be addressed. Logics we think will solve problems: logic of immobility, logic of isolation. Domestic ideas about conflict is influenced by the way nation states to structure, read, accumulation. Our everyday lives are shaped by logics we shape to the prison-even in our day existence.
