Document Summary

We are going through an interglacial period where it is warmer then cooler. There have been 9 glacial and 9 interglacial periods over an 800 000 time frame. The largest cycles occur every 100 000 years and smaller cycles follow every 20 40. Dust, temperature, co2, methane and 18o show similar trends. The last glacial maximum had lower concentrations in greenhouse gases, lower sea levels and ended 18 000 years ago. Methane, nitric oxide, and carbon dioxide are increasing in the atmosphere. It is made up of atoms and molecules. Molecules form atoms as they are the building blocks of everything. Elements have a different number of protons and electrons, which have different properties. The earth is a mixture molecules in solids, liquids and gases. Some elements that are formed are stable and others are unstable. Unstable elements go through radioactive decay which then decay and provide energy and concerted into a different element.
