Proxy: ways to nd out climate change for the past since we"ve only been around for like 3k years. 28k years ago we would"ve been covered in ice, last interglacial, the ice sheets melted around. 12k years ago depending on the trees found in that region, because each tree makes different types and amounts of pollen, the species and the amount of pollen all determine the temperature at the time. Previews to the ice sheets the great lakes did not exist, the ice acted as a bulldozer, freezing any of the week rocks, taking the rocks and more on its way as it moves. The edges of the ice sheets if melted, let go of those rocks, creating new places".
