Mubarak ruled his entire rule under state of emergency, suspending his civil liberties. July 2011 uprisings emerge: concern behind protest. Feb. 2011 mubarak steps down: there was a temporary government instituted, primarily arranged through elections, morsi is electef as a member of the muslim brotherhood. In 2013, demonstrations amass from the removal of morsi, who had decided to issue a decree that his actions should not be subject to judicial review. He thought the legal system was in control of mubarak"s supporters. By the summer of 2013, large demonstrations in cairo, morsi is removed by a military coup. An authoritarian though secular government is put in place. What is the relation between morality, religion and law. Controversy in interpretation: different interpretations for the same text or philosopher. Controversy in substance: everything that is said/read is going to be controversial i. e. whether it is right or wrong. Born in macedonia, not athens, he is summoned by king philip.
