Feral children children raised without normal human contact. Develop masks and we show them to people -> so much of our life is developed through our persona and behind this, there is our raw self. Behind the mask are tender feelings and are not always good things various vulnerabilities. When people are vulnerable (ex: go through a loss of a family member), there is a strength of connection between these 2 people -> stronger connection therefore a special moment. It does(cid:374)(cid:859)t take (cid:373)u(cid:272)h to prefer (cid:862)us(cid:863) (cid:448)s. (cid:862)the(cid:373)(cid:863) ex: minimal group paradigm. This is comforting it (cid:373)ea(cid:374)s that (cid:449)he(cid:374) (cid:449)e see people (cid:272)o(cid:373)(cid:373)it atro(cid:272)ities, (cid:449)e (cid:272)a(cid:374) assu(cid:373)e that the(cid:455)(cid:859)re (cid:862)(cid:374)ot like us(cid:863) -> however, we have to look at the situations they come from. The bond that develops between the caregiver and child; the emotional-behavioral connection. Attachment is like an emotional memory, laying the foundation for our emotion systems, our basic sense of security and trust in others.
