Document Summary

Physics that see light: waves internal motion of a medium, in which the displace portion returns to equilibrium, propagates temporally as well as spacial. Longitudinal waves: sound waves longitudinal oscillations of air molecules. Propagates radially in all directions in open air. Light waves transverse waves which oscillates in electric and magnetic fields. (eg. Light can be: absorbed: energy that"s used up and is not transmitted at all, diffracted: obstacles can make waves bend. Light a wave, a stream of photons, ting particles that each consist of one quantum of energy. There"s only limited spectrum of light that"s visible to humans. Eyes that see light: the human eye, vision starts from the cornea where light comes in and passes through. Going through pupils and the lens where light is reflected. And projected onto the fovea where the photoreceptors are (the retina): cornea: outer membrane of the eye, no blood supply but does have nerves.
