The self: a sense of individual identity that allows us to understand who we are in relation to others and to differentiate ourselves from them. Inheirited a lot from others but try to make themselves different then others. Formation of sense of self begins in childhood an continues an adolensence. Crystallization of self identity during adolescence is just one episode in lifelong process of socialization, doesn"t stop changing but more solidity and less fluctuation. How much change has happened during 12-16 yrs old is more than 42-46 years old.
