Nordic countries less segregation: family obligation. Takes a lot of time during child baring, therefore no time for training: career disturbance having children, women do 2/3 to 3/4 of all childcare, work only part time no benefits no union. Double shift home+work women earn less due to more domestic work. How we much pay how much we value certain work.
