Instead of contently responding or directly engaging, with texting you can answer when you want. Texting is more convenient especially if you have social anxiety. You can choose to do it or not depending on how complex the conversation is. We should think of texting as an additional tool, but also still be aware. Negative because it takes away a lot of human contact (ex. some day people could actually get a divorce with someone over text) (ex. you wouldn"t text (cid:498)let"s divorce(cid:499)
