From light falling onto the body making a shadow on a different part of the same body. Create land somewhere else: four aspects of lighting. Light direction: where is the light coming from. Frontal lighting: directed into the scene from a position near the camera. Side lighting (cross lighting): comes inform the sides of the set, 3 dimensional. Top lighting: contours the face, coming from the top of the set. Creates an edge of light on the forehead. Backlighting: creates low key illumination, what"s in front will be in shadow.
