The ally plan for the coming year is based on the american intervention. War has a democratizing effect, and a higher involvement on the population in national affairs. Manpower=people power, and people power in national power. State intervention in political grievances, control in commodities and foods. German generals run the war on the home front in comparison to the uk and other powers.
