People who have a higher level of physical activity are less at risk of fractures/breaks if they do fall. It also aids in weight control, weight management, and overall energy level. A lot of sedentary behaviour can do a lot of harm to our bodies. It increases the likelihood of developing various conditions. One of the best preventative ways of addressing chronic disease is through increased physical activity.
