Post (cid:1011)(cid:1004)"s: rapid e(cid:454)pa(cid:374)sion in health expenditure: spending on private and public health care increased. 1995: federal legislation consolidated federal cash and tax transfers to the canada health and social. Transfer: aggressive restrictive policies, cutting back the funding on health care, significantly reduced transfers from federal to provincial, 1995 turned it all into one transfer (education, healthcare in one big chunk of money)
