Psychological interventions refers and helps to strengthen psychological skills. Psychological interventions is referring to the psychological skills. Psychological skills are de ned as psychological qualities or attributes that need to be acquired and/or developed to help an individual achieve desired personal or performance outcomes. Just like physical skills, some people seem to have more inherent psychological skills than others.
