No destiny because were told opposite everywhere all the time. Other timelines we need to think about. To think through these possibilities involves breaking with teleology and way these interpretations of time govern way we develop tech and conceive the way we develop world through technical means. Requires us to come back to who we are what were doing and where were going based on those conceptions. Can break dangerous presumption that everything prepared in advance. If we continue to believe the temporal models we use right now, nothing will ever change.
