Virlio: goal not to scare, deeply concerned with the kind of thinking of develops how we think of techonolgy and then the world, not an alarmist, moral and religious man. I(cid:374) that, if (cid:449)e use a gi(cid:448)e(cid:374) tech(cid:374)olog(cid:455) i(cid:374) the right way nothing bad will happen, because the fact is something bad always happens. Even if no errors are made in the production and use of a given system, stuff still breaks. Meaning people ensure the appearance of accidents insofar as they create the technical conditions for accidents to occur.
